Here at the Cream Chargers Shop, we offer a unique service for our customers, you can now purchase any products from us with a same day collection and delivery service (rules apply please check terms and conditions) service in London from 10am until 9pm. Delivery fee applies.
Terms & Conditions Apply, any customers wishing to purchase Cream chargers, tanks or any goods which are restricted will need to provide valid ID and will be only allowed to purchase up to the maximum of what the Gov legislation allows which is 240 cream chargers, this is the maximum any retail customer can purchase at any one time. Anyone deemed to misuse the product or deemed to be suspicious will result in an instant ban and refusal of sale. As some products are 18+ we have to abide by the laws in place.
Wholesale customers can also have a same day Collection and Delivery service, as long as they are registered with us for a wholesale account, any new wholesale customer enquiries can emailed to us at creamchargersshop@gmail.com or if urgent at 07730 677429.

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase these items. By purchasing from this site you verify that you are 18 years or older. If you purchase or supply us with false date of birth you are committing an offence. Therefore, if you are under 18 leave this site immediately.
Cream Chargers Shop staff understand that there is problems with people abusing nitrous oxide. We will refuse service to anyone who we suspect is intending to abuse the products we sell.
MISUSE POLICY:
We will refuse to sell Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Cream Charger cartridges to you if we suspect you intend to misuse them or are under 18.
Shipping and postage:
All items ordered with Next Day Delivery Service purchased before 2:00PM are sent same day through Fed-Ex, Fast Weight, Parcel Force or Royal Mail, courrier. Your courrier will depend on the time of day you order, and who is offering the best price for the service that day. Items posted with courriers are sent Next Day delivery service (Mon-Fri) This insures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that courriers do not deliver on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels. Saturday delivery is costly so order early. If you need Saturday delivery please call us to arrange the service, and be quoted current Saturday delivery prices.
If you order after 2pm and need your item Next Day please contact us so we can arrange this service.
Provide your telephone number on every order incase there are delivery or payment issues.
We only send packages to your card's billing address or your confirmed Paypal address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. This may delay the delivery and we cannot guarantee the change of address will be authorised by our security team.
Your package will be in a discrete packaging, for your privacy.
If your package is damaged, check it thoroughy before accepting or do not accept the delivery.
International orders, and off shore UK are not guaranteed next day, as nitrous oxide cannot be shipped via air. Off shore residence please contact us prior to ordering so we can quote you current postage rates.
If your item has not arrived next day please contact the courrier first. You will be proved with a dispatch email from us once your item is posted, this email will have the name of the courrier and your tracking number.
Items require a signiture when the courrier delivers. If you request item to be left without a signiture you are doing this at your own risk. Seller will not be responsible if item is stolen, and buyer will need to follow up with police and courrier. Your item will not be covered by us and we will waive the right to post out another item. If you need a package posted to a work address, or a day time address for you let us know.
If you are not in the courrier will leave an "attempted delivery" card. Contact the courrier, not us, to arrange redelivery of your package. Do this promptly as after 7 days your package will be returned to our offices. You will need to pay 6.95 pounds and the postage cost for us to re-post your item.
Next Day Delivery is a service provided by the courier. We work hard to full fill next day delivery requests, but seller has no responsibility for delays in the couriers service once item is collected timely. Next Day is a service not a guarantee and no refunds for misfortunate occassions when the service faulters.

- Jersey (At the request of the Police)
- Maximum 240 Chargers for any single retail order
Returns:
If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage, the original postage charge will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. Nitrous Oxide boxes must not be opened. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer.
